Level 7 requirements

-- All requirements for levels 1 through 6, with the addition of:

1. Compulsory Longfist (old style),  Compulsory Longfist (new style)
2. Fitness : Horse stance-5 minutes, 60 pushups, 25 squat jumps, 25 Knees-up jumps, 60 situps (at least 20 of them "jacknife style" with one or both legs up)
