Level 5 Requirements:

 

-- All requirements for levels 1 through 4, with the addition of:

 

1. Junior Broadsword
2. Fitness : Horse stance-2 minutes & 30 seconds, 35 pushups, 25 squat jumps, 25 Knees-up jumps, 35 situps (at least 10 of them "jacknife style" with one or both legs up)
