Level 4 requirements:

 

1. Front splits, left and right sides
2. 6 basic combinations, fundamentals, one step jump front, lotus & whirlwind kicks
3. Junior Cudgel
4. Full approach jump kicks-jump front, lotus & whirlwind

5. Butterfly kick

6. 1 hand cartwheel
6. Fitness : Horse stance-2 minutes, 30 pushups, 30 squat jumps, 30 Knees-up jumps, 30 situps (at least 10 of them "jacknife style" with one or both legs up)
