Level 3 requirements

 

 

1. Front splits, left and right sides
2. 6 basic combinations, fundamentals, one step jump front, lotus & whirlwind kicks
3. Junior Straightsword
4. Full approach jump kicks-jump front, lotus & whirlwind

5. Standing lotus kick

5. Fast cartwheel (on hands)
6. Fitness : Horse stance-1 minute 45 seconds, 25 pushups, 25 squat jumps, 25 Knees-up jumps, 25 situps (at least 10 of them "jacknife style" with one or both legs up)
