  1. Front splits, left and right sides
  2. 6 basic combinations
  3. Junior Longfist
  4. One-step jump kicks: Jump front, whirlwind, lotus
  5. Carwheel (on hands)
  6. Running the "S" curves
  7. Fitness : Horse stance-1 minute 30 seconds, 20 pushups, 20 squat jumps, 20 Knees-up jumps, 20 situps (at least 10 of them "jacknife style" with one or both legs up)
